At Refined Club, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn't right with your order — whether it arrived damaged, doesn't fit, or simply isn't what you expected — please reach out to us at support@refinedclub.com before taking any other action. We resolve most issues within 24 hours with a full refund or free replacement, no hassle.
30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. No complicated process, no runaround — just fair and simple.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags and labels must be attached and intact.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at support@refinedclub.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label with full instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization may not be accepted.
Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all orders within the United States. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for international returns.
Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@refinedclub.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate and resolve the matter promptly — either with a full refund or a free replacement, whichever you prefer. No return shipping required for damaged or defective items.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events may be returned within 30 days for store credit. Gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If there is a price difference, we will adjust accordingly.
European Union & United Kingdom — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The same eligibility conditions apply: your item must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, as processing times vary by bank and card issuer.
If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval notification and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@refinedclub.com and we will investigate immediately.
