2.3 Pricing: Prices for our products are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any price modification, suspension, or discontinuance of any product or service.

Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance: Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders with quantities that exceed reasonable household use.

3.2 Payment: We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, powered by Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases.

3.3 Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Regions: We offer shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and other selected international destinations. Shipping options and costs are presented at checkout.

4.2 Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. Refined Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Refined Club has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

4.4 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
