At Refined Club, operated by DDL Commerce LLC, we are committed to delivering a seamless and premium shopping experience — from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your purchases.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

United States (primary market), Canada, United Kingdom, The Netherlands, and select additional international destinations.

Availability may vary depending on the product and destination.

  1. Order Processing

2.1 Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

2.2 Order Confirmation and Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

  1. Shipping Options and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Available options include:

Standard Shipping: Our most cost-effective option, ideal for non-urgent orders.

Express Shipping: Faster delivery available for an additional cost.

Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time on qualifying orders. Any active promotions will be clearly displayed on the Site.

  1. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped. All timeframes below are estimates provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

United States: 7-12 business days. Canada: 10-15 business days. United Kingdom: 8-14 business days. The Netherlands: 8-14 business days. Other international destinations: 10-20 business days.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier processing, customs clearance, weather conditions, or high-volume periods. Our products are sourced and shipped from select fulfillment partners to ensure the best combination of quality and value, which may result in slightly longer transit times compared to domestic-only retailers. You will always have full tracking visibility on your order.

  1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and vary by country and shipment value.

Refined Club is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing an international order.

  1. Incorrect Address and Failed Delivery

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. An additional shipping fee may apply.

To avoid issues, please double-check your address before confirming your order.

  1. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@refinedclub.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with photos if the package arrived damaged.

We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a resolution as quickly as possible. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund, a replacement shipment, or store credit — whichever best resolves the issue for you.

We would rather make it right than have you walk away unsatisfied. Please reach out to us before filing any disputes with your payment provider, as we can almost always resolve shipping issues faster and more favorably through direct communication.
